I am a California attorney who specializes in Business Law from startup to going public. I have formed over 100 California Limited Liability Companies and Corporations. I manage the ongoing compliance requirements for many of them. And I serve as outside General Counsel and CFO to a select few.
I am third generation San Francisco Bay Area. I graduated Redwood HS in Marin County, received my Bachelors from the University of California, San Diego in 1992, and earned my Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2004. I have been a Member of the State Bar of California since 2005.
